From the team behind 'Cardiff Bay Fish Bar' we are now proud to unveil Cardiff Bay Bakery.

Our belief is simple. Natural good taste is the foundation of our baking principles.

The Cardiff Bay Bakery landed in Bute Street in late 2010. We wanted to provide Cardiff Bay with an alternative to supermarket cakes and French patisseries.

We didn't know where we could buy real cupcakes, fluffy with buttercream icing, moist layer cakes or genuine proper sausage rolls and pies - so we decided to make and sell them ourselves! Our simple, unfussy recipes have proved very popular.

We always bake everything on site... fresh each day and throughout the day! Having our bakers and decorators on site means that we can always keep our shelves looking fresh, beautiful and decorative!

We are pleased to now offer a wide range by telephone order so if your working nearby in the office and don't have much time, give us a call and we will reserve exactly what you request.
